求學的某個階段...在這個圖書館駐留許久, 借書,看書和同學相約看展覽, 搶購一塊錢二手書.., 甚至還在這裡租借過"台灣連續劇DVD " (ha! 沒辦法, 漫長冬天太無趣了)
不過VPL ( Vancouver Public Library) 真的有很完善的租借系統, 很豐富的資源, 我對Story time, 講故事的小萌芽, 就是在這個圖書館裡, 無意經過看到免費故事時間, 畫面裡有 爸爸,媽媽還有孩子們, 一起席地而坐聽故事笑哈哈的image , 那個畫面真的好美, 就這樣永遠留在我的心裡, 我想講故事這份"工作", 除了得到很多成就感, 也是得到很多rewarding的正面的歡笑和能量啊
無論是聽故事, 說故事, 真的都蠻有益身心健康的
